Northern Beaches council submission seeks to ban animals from public spaces
The Northern Beaches Council may be barking up the wrong tree over a new pooch policy.
Locals are outraged over the draft submission, which would see all animals banned from being within 10 metres of cafes and restaurants.
"To me, it sounds like it actually limits a lot more than just walking by cafes because if we're talking about food preparation areas, I mean does that mean literally walking through a park and someone's having a picnic or a barbeque?
